These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website of Old Route 69 Brewery ("Old Route 69," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 120 E Buckeye Ave, Ada, OH 45810. By accessing our website or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Old Route 69 Brewery is a brand of Moon King Entertainment Group, which operates the website and is the entity responsible for these Terms. Moon King Entertainment Group's other brands include The Bank, Burnt Church Distillery, Hail Mary's Spirits& Sports Bar, Amethyst NA Spirits, Side Hustle Brewing Co., and The Press Room.
Eligibility
You must beat least 18 years old to use our website or subscribe to our newsletter. Certain areas of our website relate to alcoholic beverages and are intended only for visitors who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using those areas, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access where we reasonably believe an age requirement has not been met.
Beer and other alcoholic beverages are not sold through our website. Alcohol at Old Route 69 Brewery is served and sold only at our licensed physical location, to guests 21 and older with valid identification, in accordance with Ohio law.

Alcohol served at our Ada, Ohio location is governed by Ohio law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Moon King Entertainment Group, including Old Route 69 Brewery, regarding your use of our website.
